- Eagerness for professional development;
- Skilled and efficient communicator, flexible and adaptable;
- Knowledge of English (knowledge of another international language is an advantage);
- Advanced PC skills, MS Office suite (document management applications);
- A driving license (category B) is an advantage.
Vision compatibility with the existing team is important.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of the office's administrative activities;
- Ensuring a constant flow of documents, correspondence, and materials necessary for the activities;
- Organizing meetings and schedules for lawyers;
- Maintaining communication with clients and suppliers;
- Overseeing the archiving and management of legal documents;
- Monitoring office resources and purchasing necessary materials;
- Coordinating reception activities and interacting with visitors;
- Supporting team management and employee relations;
- Other administrative tasks specific to the field of activity.
