MAXIM Society / Associates is recruiting a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join our team

What we are looking for

To be part of our team, the following minimum general requirements are relevant:

  • Higher education;
  • Previous experience in the field is an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Proactive attitude and solution-oriented approach;
  • Organized, responsible person with analytical and inventive thinking, capable of working and performing in a team;
  • Eagerness for professional development;
  • Skilled and efficient communicator, flexible and adaptable;
  • Knowledge of English (knowledge of another international language is an advantage);
  • Advanced PC skills, MS Office suite (document management applications);
  • A driving license (category B) is an advantage.

Vision compatibility with the existing team is important.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of the office's administrative activities;
  • Ensuring a constant flow of documents, correspondence, and materials necessary for the activities;
  • Organizing meetings and schedules for lawyers;
  • Maintaining communication with clients and suppliers;
  • Overseeing the archiving and management of legal documents;
  • Monitoring office resources and purchasing necessary materials;
  • Coordinating reception activities and interacting with visitors;
  • Supporting team management and employee relations;
  • Other administrative tasks specific to the field of activity.
