MAXIM / Associates provided all the counseling, legal advice, and representation in favor of the company that owns the Opera Plaza hotel, the first 5-star hotel in Cluj-Napoca, in the purchase of this real estate asset by the  Babeș-Bolyai University, with a sale price exceeding EUR 8 mil.

According to the announced, public information, in the near future, this real estate propriety shall become the new headquarters for the Faculty of Law within BBU.

The sale-purchase of the Opera Plaza Hotel in favor of the Babeș Bolyai University stretched over a period of 6 months.

MAXIM / Associates provided legal advice in favor of the seller in all stages, from the start of negotiations up to the signing of the final transfer documentation, including the fulfillment of all final formalities regarding the conditions of the agreed upon takeover.

The announced transaction involved a consolidated assistance of the client also in relationship with  its financial-banking partners.

The law firm provided legal assistance to the same business operator as well as to the entire group of its companies in a variety of fields and projects so that our collaboration in this sale-purchase project resulted as a natural consequence of our mutual and consolidated trust.
