MAXIM/Associates achieves a significant victory in a public procurement procedure

MAXIM/Associates has achieved a significant victory in a public procurement procedure related to a relevant road sector in the North-West region.

The National Council for the Settlement of Disputes (NCSD) has ruled in favor of the arguments presented by the team of lawyers led by Alexandru FILIP and Talida ARDELEAN. The Council highlighted that, in cases where successive Reports of the procedure are issued, any appeal from an economic operator will only be considered valid if it concerns the parts of the Report that have undergone changes. Additionally, the Council addressed various aspects, such as the possibility for the economic operator to modify the appeal after its initial submission and the starting point of the term for contesting a certain act issued by the Contracting Authority.

The Council's decision is final, and it signifies that the relentless efforts of the legal team and their expertise in the field of public procurement have led to the successful conclusion of the Procurement Contract between the economic operator and the Contracting Authority.
