Ioana graduated from the Faculty of Law, Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca ((bachelor's and master's degreee studies).

She is a lawyer within the Cluj Bar Association, having over 7 years of experience in the profession of law; Ioana has joined MAXIM/ Associates as senior associate starting January 2024.

She prides herself on being dedicated to excellence as her goal is to consistently deliver optimal results for her clients, strictly adhering to ethical and legal standards, by leveraging deep expertise and her unique methodical approach.

The main fields of her activity are: real estate and urban planning, administrative litigation, insolvency and corporate law.

Her most recent representative contributions include:

involvement in complex urban planning projects, including amendments to the General Urban Plan before the administrative contentious courts;
involvement in various and complex insolvency procedures on behalf of the creditors;
she provided in depth legal advice, especially regarding the completion of sophisticated service contracts in the construction field; in particular, she recently drafted a joint venture agreement worth over 1 million Eur.
