Talida is a senior lawyer within the Cluj Bar and currently collaborates with MAXIM / Associates in the following areas of practice:

- Real estate;

- Administrative disputes;

- Urban Planning;

- Civil law;

Talida mainly carries out legal assistance and representation activities in litigation, both within MAXIM / Associations and individually.

Creativity, perseverance, and analytical thinking are essential features in addressing any legal issue. Her personal belief is that every problem has at least one solution.

Her most recent representative contributions include:

obtaining solutions to modify the General Urban Plan before the administrative contentious courts;
Obtaining solutions for annulment of administrative acts issued by the National Health Insurance House;
