The language of law must not be foreign to the ears of those who are to obey it. - Learned Hand

Mihaela Rotund graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca and recently completed her Master's degree in English at the same faculty, specializing in "International and Comparative Business Law".

During her university studies, her passion for Civil Law could be noticed, participating in the year 2022 in the Law Faculties competition, representing the Faculty of Law from Cluj-Napoca in the subject Civil Law. She also participated in local moot court competitions organized, which had as their theme legal issues closely related to the study of private law.

 

Her areas of expertise are civil law, company law, insolvency law and foreclosures. What characterizes our colleague is her continuous ambition to seek and assimilate new information related to the legal fields in which she works, as well as to find innovative solutions to the legal problems that come to her attention.

A few recent highlights of her work include:

  • Active involvement in civil law legal advice projects;
  • Involvement in research and documentation activities in the framework of complex projects in the area of foreclosures.

Mihaela is fluent in Romanian and English.
