Georgiana Iștoan graduated from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, and currently pursues her master's studies in the specialization of "International and Comparative Business Law", at the same institution, aiming to further her academic development.
Georgiana is a lawyer within the Cluj Bar and starting in 2023, she is a junior associate within MAXIM / Associates.
