Andrei is a member of the Cluj Bar, co-founder of Maxim, Ivan - Civil Society of Lawyers, currently MAXIM / Associates.

Commencement of Andrei’s legal practice was directed by his heedfulness in tax, administrative law, and insolvency matters. Excellence in these fields was the landmark and impetus for a career that followed an unwaveringly ambitious path.

The center of gravity of the expertise showcased by Andrei is given by the field of litigation, where he gained recognition through benchmark and impactful sentences.

A litigator by formation, he successfully represented the cases of clients in different areas of business, such as: litigation in public procurement, corporate and commercial litigation, tax, insolvency, and urban planning.

Outside the court, and using his expertise gained as a pleading lawyer, Andrei supports clients' business through sustained assistance in business and corporate organization, tax consulting, restructuring, and pre-insolvency.

At the same time, Andrei shows a constant concern in the training of the new generations of lawyers, combined with a permanent professional training of the entire team.

His high specialization in this field of commercial law and insolvency naturally determined Andrei to obtain the title of the insolvency practitioner. Starting from here, Andrei also carries out his activity as a coordinating partner of MAXIM / Insolvency.

Andrei has taken a step forward in his academic training with the doctoral school in law. In this program, he is preparing a Ph.D. thesis on bank loan agreements.
