Denisa L. Moldovan

Denisa L. Moldovan's career in the legal field debuted with her bachelor studies at the Faculty of Law of the "Babeș-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca. Upon graduation, delving into private law came as a natural consequence of the passion developed during her studies, therefore deciding to consolidate her knowledge in a master's program dedicated to civil law at the University of Bucharest.

Shortly after the successful graduation with a master's degree, she started practicing as a lawyer as member of the Bucharest Bar Association, establishing herself as a professional in the M&A and Real Estate departments of an international law firm.

Alongside such, she established herself as a professional in the area of business law, working predominantly for companies and foreign investors, interested in entering or continuing their expansion and development on the Romanian market, in a variety of fields, such as retail, IT or pharma.

Thus, she has developed a multidisciplinary approach to transactions, from the Due Diligence stage to their closing, specializing in M&A, real estate, foreign direct investments, which she has also explored during the recent years in the field of renewable energy, within another law firm in Bucharest.

In order to broaden her expertise in a wider variety of legal areas, as well as to define herself as a litigation lawyer, Denisa became a member of the Cluj Bar Association and continues her professional activity in collaboration with the MAXIM / Associates team, which she recently joined, working predominantly in the areas of commercial law, real estate, labor law and foreign investment framework in Romania.
